Originally from Franche Comté, my passion for cooking was born in my Mom’s kitchen.
Freshly graduated from the Poligny Hotel School, I headed to the French Riviera to enhance my skills in various Cannes Palaces, where I discovered Mediterranean cuisine, which inspires me daily.
In 2016, I settled in Saint-Martin while continuing to travel the world, discovering new flavors and incorporating them into my cuisine.
After 5 years as a Chef in various Caribbean restaurants, I now offer my services in your residences, providing you with a wide range of Private Chef options for your enjoyment.
